Tendering phase ; project team set up and project Management; Preparing Concrete Gravity Based Structure for floating; Preparations for Underbase Grouting/Undocking/Tow to field/ Ballasting and Set Down/ Decommissioning; Risk Assessments – Hazids – Hazops; Actual Mobilization; Lift Off and Float Out from graven dock; Tow to Field, Positioning , Ballasting and set down in predefined location; Underbase grouting. Decommissioning of ballast system and tow system, Demobilization.
Tasks:
- Assisting in tendering phase with commercial and technical parts
- Team build up and management operations team
- Vessel Inspections and Audits / General Vessel Management
- Scheduling, Leading and Coordinating the T&I preparation process
- Interface operations-engineering departments
- Procurement vessels and equipment
- Full Project & Contract Responsibility for Tow and Installation works as above
